I have been friends with Chase for a long time. We grew up together and then were placed on the same Young Life team in college. We ended up becoming great friends and some of my most fond college memories definitely involve laughing with Chase. I met Catherine sometime in college as well. I lived with one of her best friends from high school, Afton, and we would hang out when she would come home from college. A couple years ago I ended up living with Catherine. She is such a sweet, fun, beautiful person. I could not be happier that her and Chase are getting married. (My friend Maggie and like to take credit that they began dating in the first place....although I think a lot of people do =) )
anyway, this past weekend I went to Nashville to hang out with friends and take their engagement photos. I hadn't done a shoot in Nashville before so it was a little bit of an adventure looking for all the right nooks and cranies to shoot in. As you are going to be able to see in their pictures, they are just sooo much fun! Chase is also in a band called, The Big Tease, that I did some shoots for in college so he is used to being in front of the camera....and Catherine, well she's just gorgeous! I mean, I guess I could say that these are some of the best from the session but seriously, they were all good, no, GREAT! I had the hardest time narrowing down which to post so I just gave you a little sampler of our day....
I had the best time shooting you guys and cannot wait until your wedding and your life together!!

oh yea, we decided to take pictures downtown right as the Titans game was getting out so it was a little crazy. But the great thing is they were selling cotton candy!! We just couldn't pass up such a good prop!
